In a nutshell 'HDS' is a complex system that uses chakra system, quantum physics and the I-Ching to unravel the components within each of us and how these make us not only who we truly are but also ultimately shapes what experience and understanding of ourselves and purpose is. It sounds a bit 'mambo-jumbo' I know but it's far from the usual astro-psychic jargon.
In order to understand yourself or rather the 'energies' that form who you are you have to first get a chart. The HDS chart is determined from your date of birth, place of birth and time of birth. Admittedly not many people know the exact time of their birth but this information can be found on birth certificates or failing that a qualified HDS analyst may be able to narrow things down for you.
The first things you find out from your chart is your 'type'; there are five main types/groups in which living things fall under. I say living things because HDS chart can be done for animals too, as long as you have the birth details mentioned above for your specific cat, dog, fish or whatever you fancy! The main types are:
1) Generators: These make up the majority of the world's population, 70% in fact, not surprising considering one of the main features of Generators is that they have 'constant energy' via a 'motor' called Sacral. The motor is easy to spot on the chart because it is the red box! The energy available for Generators makes them useful for 'work'. If you are a Generator you will be happiest working. If you are a Generator who isn't operating according to your true 'energy orientation' i.e., operating incorrectly, you may scream once you read about been happiest working! The chances are that you may be very angry and fed-up with work, thank you very much. Anger is a Generator's state when operating against his/her true energy format. So what is the true energy orientation/format for Generator? The key to Generator's happiness lies in 'waiting to respond'. Generators must response from the Sacral 'motor'/energy center. To do this they need to be asked clear yes/no questions. For example, 'Are you happy in your current job?', 'Would you like to go back to University, or get married?' etc.
These yes/no questions is what directs the Generator to things that he is right for energy-wise. In other words if the answer from the 'motor' is 'Yes' then go for it! The motor does answer but not in words! Like any 'motor'/engine it makes a sound, in this case a 'mmhh' as 'yes' and 'ah ah' as a 'no' and other variations of that sound.
2) Manifesting Generators (MG): MGs are like Generators in that they response from the Sacral with the same sounds for 'yes' and 'no'. However the MGs differ in that they have a connection from one of their centers to the 'throat chakra'. This means that MGs have the power to manifest so instead of depending completely on responding to right questions in order to know what's energy wise, is right for them, MGs can 'initiate'. MG can for example 'suggest' an idea to someone but MGs still need to act by responding just like Generators. For this reason MGs tend to work fast (pick up and go) than Generators although Generators are more methodical. MGs often need to go back and look over their work putting together the finishing touches or bits they missed on their rush and go.
3) Reflectors: These are the rarest of all groups accounting to only 1% of the world population! Reflectors are easy to spot from HDS chart because the whole chart will be made up of 'white' boxes. They have no energy of their own. This makes reflectors incredibly sensitive because for any boxes that you have empty or 'white' on the HDS chart that's where others influence you; where you borrow energy from others! Reflectors should spend time with children and nature to avoid picking up energy that may not be pure from other adults. The lack of energy makes reflectors very good at understanding others. HDS tells us about your attractions to what we don't have rather than what we have. Indeed we (without HDS) live our lives believing that we are the very things that we don't actually have hence the anger, frustrations etc that we experience.
4) Projectors: These don't have constant energy for work i.e., Sacral is empty/white on the chart. They do have energies in other centers or chakras unlike the completely energy-less Reflector. Projectors are also rare but not as rare as the Reflector. If you are a Project you need to wait for an invitation especially where major decisions of your life are concerned. So for example if you want to get married, wait for an 'invitation' don't go out and propose to someone, it's not right for you to initiate. If your partner says 'I think getting married will be a good idea', then that is an 'invitation', which you can use by then saying 'Would you marry me?' and wait for the 'Yes'/'No' if he/she is a Generator or MG.
5) Manifestors: Manifestors don't have energy for work either just like the project. However Manifestors energy orientation is 'closed/hard to penetrate'. This is they are the only ones who can and must 'initiate'! Generators and MGs have open energies (they also have larger auras) because the energy needs to attract things to respond to from as wide a circumference as possible. Projectors have energies that dissolve into the other hence the have to be extremely careful in choosing what is right for them to diffuse/merge with. This is why for important decisions they must wait for the invitation. Reflectors been so 'open' to any energy influence that happens to be around them must wait for 28 days before making major decisions. This is to allow the energies they pick up to lose grip on them or cloud their decision on what's right for them. It is also because Reflectors, unlike other types, operate on lunar calendar and not the solar one; they are influenced by the 'moon' not 'sun'.
